Job Title: ICT Officer

Job Description
- Strong ICT skills, able to navigate systems independently.
- Act as an interface between the organization and the I.T developers.
- Design, update and manage all organisational websites.
- Provide IT Support especially for web-based systems.
- Install new enabled IT processes and systems across clients’ functions.
- Facilitate the development, preparation of capacity building and presentation materials for organizations.
- Drive market needs for IT solutions to increase market share.
- Align organisational I.T strategy with customer experience strategy.
- Support the facilitation, design and Automation of I.T systems.
- Troubleshoot on our I.T solution platform.
- Monitor and manage I.T systems for optimum performance.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all I.T equipment including software.
- Address key accounts’ needs to maximize I.T solution generation
- Regularly update hard-drives with the latest information collated.
- Carry out any other assignment as directed by the management through the office of the Managing Partner.
- The Job Schedules below are Performance Related, all Performance Measures and Targets developed will act as the basis of your Performance Outcomes.
Educational Qualification/Skills
- M.Sc., Bsc. & HND in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics (or related courses).
Key Skills and Competency Requirements:
- Knowledge of Programming and coding in other to be able to rectify I.T system Issues
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
- Hands-on experience in Systems Automation
Experience:
- A minimum 2years in the development and implementation of I.T system solutions.
