Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our fixed income trading and asset management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent networking abilities, and a proven sales track record.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop strategies to penetrate target markets, including institutional and retail investors.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the trading, research, and asset management teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and client strategies.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to promote services effectively.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies in all client interactions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to senior management.
Sales and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and corporate organizations.
- Pitch fixed income and asset management products to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their investment goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Client Engagement:
- Provide clients with regular market updates, performance reports, and investment insights.
- Address client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster long-term partnerships by offering personalized financial solutions.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CIS, or MBA) is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within the financial services sector.
- Prior experience in fixed-income trading or asset management is highly desirable.
