Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Ile-Ife, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
We are hiring Sales Associate to recruit students for our institutions in Canada. This is a full-time role for a Sales Professional. The Sales Associate will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with leads, promoting our product and or services, closing sales.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Welcome customers to the office and answer their queries.
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the office design).
  • Day-to-day tasks include researching and identifying potential clients, creating and delivering client presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of OND certificate holder (marketing or Business administration is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Professional in any industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active Listening Skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent in Persuasive ability
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Must be a Self-Motivator
  • Collaboration Skills
  • Excellent in Problem Solving
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent in sales closing
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to use excel or Google spreadsheet
  • Ability to use social media platforms and good understanding of their algorithm.

Salary
N50,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
