Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Grow the fleet size by consistently acquiring new Partners/investors
  • Ensure high Partner retention rate by strategically managing Partner relationship.
  • Ensure optimal ROI for Partners/Investors by adopting efficient problem-solving skills that guarantees that their assets are constantly generating revenue for them
  • Perform basic accounting to ensure Partner’s fleet profitability.
  • Incidence management and reporting to Partners/Investors in the event of an incident involving their fleet
  • Drive Partnership/Investment growth amongst existing Partners.
  • Where appropriate, preparing written responses to tenders, contributing to the completion of application processes, preparing pitch presentations and delivering pitch presentations
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Enterprise Growth Lead.
  • This document outlines the core deliverables of this role. However, the Enterprise Growth Manager might be required to take on other tasks as necessitated by change in business trend or organisation direction.

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc / HND from an accredited tertiary institution
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
