Job Title: Accountant
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

• The Accountant is responsible for book keeping, ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining important financial reports. Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time.

Job Description:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Preparing accounts and tax returns.
• Monitoring spending and budgets.
• Auditing and analysing financial performance.
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits.
• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
• Manage balance sheets and income statements.

Requirements:

• BSc / HND in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Accountant
• Experience working in a Quick Service Restaurant, Cafe, Food business or Hotel will be added advantage
• ICAN or equivalent professional certification will be an advantage.
