Job Title: Customer Care Officer – Social Digital Channel
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Respond to customers on Social media platform
• Responsible for daily update on Social media channels
• Follow-up on social media channel complaints and phone calls
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Develop policies and procedures to increase users
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Train staff
• Develop goals and report progress
• Continue to learn.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N3,800,000 – N4,000,000 Annually.
