Develop, document, and enhance technology for the firm’s Business initiatives as well as re-engineer and document IS-impacting cross-functional business processes

• Plays key role in the management and implementation of all Enterprise initiatives and IS solutions implementation
• Evaluates end-user requirements and constraints to get a thorough understanding and ensure they are met and Serves as a liaison between the customer and the development team
• Elicit requirements from business or technical customers and clarify business and user requirements
• Validate requirements with customer
• Perform requirements analysis and documentation as well as stakeholder analysis and management
• Identify improvements to existing solutions and business processes
• Conduct preliminary investigation of solution
• Facilitate Functional Joint Application design (JAD) sessions
• Document/review functional specification
• Review test plans and reports to ensure that all business requirements are met throughout the testing process
• Provide input to the development of end-user training content for use in instructor-led and technology-based training and support to end users after the delivery of a solution
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of selected business initiatives from concept to closing
• Manage vendor relations in the delivery of solutions

• 3-4 years hands-on experience in a BA capacity
• Demonstrable experience in consistently delivering the above responsibilities across one or many industries to deliver improved business processes
• Experience in delivering simple and creative solutions to complex problems
• Demonstrable experience of writing requirements specifications for Information Systems, and a proven track record using the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience of the whole project life cycle, with the ability to operate effectively from the initial conceptual design stage, through to system testing, and at each stage in between
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modelling, verification, and product management skills
• Possesses knowledge of telecommunication IT infrastructure
• Possesses knowledge of enterprise resources planning
• Possesses technical knowledge such as databases, programming languages, system architecture, etc…
• Should know how to design and draw use case diagrams, business model diagrams, flowcharts etc…

A good first degree in any discipline.

• Excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into common business language
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, with initiative to drive changes and
• Organised and capable of managing competing priorities
• Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving, and logical and numerical reasoning capability
• Strong technical skills, including Excel, Word, Visio and Microsoft Project
