Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Care Representative to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings and provide relevant information to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Perform other customer service duties as required by the organization

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service role or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex issues
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including customer service software, email, and chat applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
