JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategy
Develop and implement appropriate strategies that ensure the organization achieves its business objectives.
Strategy support for the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organisation maximises its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns to its stakeholders.
Liaise with other heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans developed.
Ensure that the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the heads of department.
Human Resource Management
Oversee the human resources function
Provide advice on HR matters to the management team, including the development and review of relevant HR strategies, policies and procedures;
Provide advice and guidance on organisational development matters
Promote a positive organizational culture
Administrative
Oversee the general administration of the organization so that its key objectives are met;
Ensure the proper monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Supervise the formulation and implement of Administrative policies and guidelines
Oversee preparation of Monthly Action Plans and Activity Reports for staff
To monitor the progress and take necessary corrective measure
Financial Management
Oversee the finance function, ensuring proper administration of the organization’s
financial affairs
Advising and assisting on budget and financial planning strategies
Monitoring and revising the budget in line with changing demands and projected out-turns; and preparing the annual financial statements
To ensure effective control and management of the organization’s income and
expenditure
Ensure the provision of meaningful, accurate and timely management accounting
and performance measurement information
Educational Qualification
First degree from a reputable higher institution, an MBA and professional qualification (ACA, ACIPM)
Experience: Minimum 7 years work experience,
