Hilltop Global Oil and Gas Solutions Limited is a wholly indigenous Exploration and Production Company. With reference to our track record of reliable and environmentally sustainable engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) service delivery for onshore and offshore oil and gas project, Hilltop was awarded 100 percent interest in the Alaoma Marginal Field by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC). The Petroleum Prospecting License (PPL 224) of Alaoma Field was issued by NUPRC to Hilltop on 28th June 2022. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Legal Head / Company Secretary
Location: Nigeria

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the legal department
• Providing legal advisory services to management
• Provide for the timely preparation of agreements, legal documents and other documents in relation to the Company’s business.
• Provide support for company secretarial functions
• Liaise with external solicitors on the execution of assigned tasks
• Ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
• Ensuring compliance with appropriate statutory and regulatory provisions, and management of board relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 14 years post call
• At least 5 years experience in an oil & gas organization
• ICSAN will be an added advantage
