Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently, we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

 

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to customers before their respective renewal dates to notify them of the renewal.
• Building excellent knowledge of products and services and advising customers appropriately.
• Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell existing products and services to customers to generate
• company revenue. Also, upselling products and services to existing clients to increase sales and improve the profit margin.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any relevant degree.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of churn reduction tactics and experience implementing them to save accounts from churning.
• 2 – 6 years of Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support or Telemarketing experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to transform customer conversations into business-driving relationships while still managing to serve the customers’ goals as best as possible.
