Job Title: Helpdesk Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description

  • Develop and Implement an effective Helpdesk workflow tool for tracking, resolution and documentation of end user issues.
  • Provides first line support to all technical issues emanating from users and Systems.
  • Proper Documentation, tracking, and monitoring of all System, Server issues to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Install and configure workstations based on company needs and requirements.
  • Planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, testing of Softwares and hardwares based on ICT policy.
  • Setup and support of ICT Helpdesk Infrastructures in Project and remote locations.
  • Documentation of all ICT standard operating manuals, training manuals and newsletter.
  • Recommend and schedule system repairs, via vendors, OEMs and Service centers.
  • Develop and communicate to all users standard guides on System maintenance and care.
  • Plan and implement Operating System, firmware and hardware upgrades as approved by the ICT Manager.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Professional Qualifications:

  • MCDBA, MCP, MCITP, MSCE, CCNA, CCNP, A+

Experience:

  • Candidate should have at least 4 years relevant experience on System repairs, troubleshooting and Helpdesk support.

Job Title: ICT System Analyst

Job Description

  • Coordinates ICT activities in line with Strategic objectives of the Company.
  • Coordinates ICT Implementations and deployments across different business functions.
  • Promote use of SAP and other Business Systems deployed in the Company.
  • Liaise with Heads of department in the design, implementation and enforcement of internal controls using SAP and other business systems.
  • Liaise extensively with heads of departments and “super users” to understand their SAP requirements and provide solutions to those business needs.
  • Develop, Test, and deploy solutions using SAP and other systems to meet business needs as required.
  • Configure SAP reports to ensure that they meet business needs.
  • Provide support to all users, listening to concerns and identifying issues, finding and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee and manage Projects around the modification, enhancement or implementation of new functionality of SAP and other related products including data migration.
  • Support users on change control and management.
  • Provide training and user manuals to users of business systems.
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to management to aid decision making on SAP and related Systems.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Professional Qualifications:

  • CCNA, MCSE, SAP BASIS, ITIL,CBAP, PMP, FICO certification, or any relevant SAP functional certification (MM, PS, PM, etc),

Experience:

  • Candidate should have at least 6 years relevant experience on ICT Solutions, Deployments and  SAP Project delivery, E2E life cycle Implementation and Customer engagements.

Job Title: SAP Financials Specialist

Job Description

  • Promote the use of SAP Financial and Project System modules deployed within the company (FI, CO, PS)
  • Work with Project Department to understand their peculiar needs and proffer solutions
  • Ensures capacity  is developed by the Finance and Project teams on SAP Financials and reporting
  • Liaise extensively with the project Accountants to ensure that all Projects related postings are performed online real time.
  • Liaises with the Finance and Project Department on project planning, budgeting and Controls
  • Assist the system analyst in the development, testing and roll out of features within the Financial Modules
  • Configure SAP FICO and Project System reports to ensure that they meet business needs.
  • Provide support to Finance and Project Departments, listening to concerns and identifying issues, finding and implementing solutions.
  • Support users on change control and management.
  • Provide training and user manuals to users of SAP Financials and Project System Modules.
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to management on Plan/Actual/Variance analysis on all projects to aid Decision making.
  • Based on approval, proactively implement new features, modify existing business processes to improve efficiency and enforce internal controls.
  • Undertake such other duties as may be assigned by the System Analyst and ICT Manager from time to time.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other numeric discipline

Professional Qualifications:

  • SAP FICO and/or PS Certification

Experience:

  • Candidate should have at least 4 years relevant experience and exposure on SAP Financials, Controlling and Project Systems.

 

Job Title: SAP Logistics Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Job Description

  • Promote the use of SAP Logistics modules deployed within the company (PM, MM, QM)
  • Maintain Material Master Records, Equipment master records and Equipment Bill of Materials
  • Liaise extensively with the Maintenance planner to ensure Maintenance plans and schedules are created and maintained for all company assets
  • Liaises with Material Department to ensure all stock related issues are closed out in real time and stock accuracy over at least 95% is achieved and maintained across all stores.
  • Assist the system analyst in the development, testing and roll out of features within the Logistics Modules
  • Configure SAP MM/PM reports to ensure that they meet business needs.
  • Provide support to Logistics users, listening to concerns and identifying issues, finding and implementing solutions
  • Support users on change control and management.
  • Provide training and user manuals to users of Logistics Modules.
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to management of Materials, Maintenance and Asset Department to aid Decision making.
  • Based on approval, proactively implement new features, modify existing business processes to improve efficiency and enforce internal controls.
  • Undertake such other duties as may be assigned by the System Analyst and ICT Manager from time to time
