Job Description
- We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our dealers, and we are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Dealer Development team.
Position Overview
- The Dealer Development Assistant Supervisor will support the dealer development team in expanding and nurturing relationships with existing and potential dealers.
- This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about dealer relations, has strong organizational skills, and is looking to develop their leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Compute Market PMA and create new sales Network.
- Set Department target and strategy
- Assist in managing and expanding the dealer network.
- Help resolve dealer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis related to dealer performance and network growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to align dealer needs with company goals and initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with dealers to foster strong relationships and maximize satisfaction.
- Help identify potential new dealers and assist in the onboarding process.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide regular updates to the team.
- Coordinate training and support initiatives to ensure dealers are equipped with necessary resources.
- Assist in developing and implementing dealer marketing programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Geography/ Town and Regional Planning or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- 2+ years of experience in dealer development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
