Job Title: Wells Delivery Superintendent

Job Description
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all well construction activities within the FTSMA of OML 42 asset.
- Coordinating the efforts of various teams and stakeholders to achieve optimal well performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring that wells are delivered safely on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed well delivery plans, including well design, drilling, completions, and testing.
- Prepare and maintain well delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient execution of activities.
- Oversee the execution of all well construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to drilling and completion teams during well operations.
- Monitor well delivery progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from plan.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for well delivery activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and best practices across all well delivery operations.
- Track and analyze well delivery performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on well delivery progress, performance, and compliance to the Wells Coordinator and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including subsurface, drilling, completion, production, and HSE teams, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including service providers, equipment suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to support well delivery activities.
- Coordinate with subsurface, drilling, completion, and production teams to ensure alignment of well delivery activities with overall asset goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, or any other equivalent and relevant qualification from an accredited institution.
- Professional certification in well completion (e.g., IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention Pressure Control) is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in well completion engineering within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of successful well completions in diverse environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of well construction, drilling, and completion processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and regulatory compliance.
- Highest standards of ethics and integrity.
