Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Summary of Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing initiatives across relevant digital platforms.
  • Responsible for designing and generating awareness for company products, promoting brand identity, drive business opportunities and stimulate sales using relevant online tools.

Job Descriptions
Social Media Management:

  • Strategize with Brand Communications supervisor in preparing weekly social media calendars in line with marketing objectives.
  • Generate ideas for proactive social discussions and content creation to drive social marketing on our social media platforms aimed at driving high traffic to our website.
  • Maintain a healthy online presence of the company across all social media platforms.
  • Use relevant online advertising tools available to promote brand message e.g. PPC or SEM.
  • Work with Brand communications supervisor on internal communications by sharing digital marketing activities with employees.

Campaign Creation:

  • Create innovative campaigns targeted at supporting the sales and marketing objectives while maintaining a positive brand identity online.
  • Develop and distribute newsletters supporting developed campaigns via relevant email applications.
  • Generate leads from every campaign developed across every relevant social media platforms.

Website Management & Blog:

  • Contribute towards content management for Company’s website aimed at driving high traffic to the site.
  • Create and source original content for company blog aimed at driving high traffic to the site.
  • Integration of social media platforms on company website.

Candidate Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc in Mass Communication, Social Science, preferably – Computer Sciences.
  • 2 – 4 years digital marketing experience.
  • Experience using social media marketing tools and google analytics.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic and web design.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major digital marketing channels.
  • Level of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content management.
  • Must not be older than 29years.


Job Title: Legal / Admin Officer


  • Candidates possessing a Degree in Law from a recognized University.
  • Most have at least 2years experience in Admin role.
  • Only Female applicants will be considered.

Job Title: Senior Web Developer

Job Brief

  • We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of websites and web applications.
  • You will be building website and Web Applications from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
  • The job involves understanding both graphic design and computer programming.
  • A web designer develops and creates websites and associated applications.


  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  • Create and maintain software documentation

Job Title: Business Development Executives

Job Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the position:

  • Direct Selling of Products and Services.
  • Prepare weekly activities schedule for planned prospects and activities, call or visit and write an after sale report.
  • Prepare a written after sale report and send it to the Sales and Marketing Manager by the end of each week.
  • Maintain proper record of prospects made, activities undertaken, activation’s done and give a written report every month.
  • Follow up on all services queries for the signed up clients, plan and attend service meeting, address and provide timely feedback.
  • Communicate escalated customer sales / issues to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Provide quarterly market intelligence report to the management.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma in Sales/Business related Course.
  • Degree holder in a Sales or Marketing course will have an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of appropriate experience in IT sales and marketing.
  • Must not be older than 28years.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Objective

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the generation and development of new business sales ideas/opportunities.
  • She/he will lead a team of marketing personnel to create new opportunities and is expected to think outside the box, grow our business and ensure the company’s preference and market leadership.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and manage an annual marketing plan for the company.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities to provide increased revenue.
  • Provide up to date reports on existing and new business opportunities.
  • Communicate new product/service developments to customers in a timely manner.
  • Lead the development of the company long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.
  • Coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the performance of all our brands.
  • Organize consumer panels as at when required.
  • Manage the development of marketing and sales aid/promotional materials for Sales to effectively promote and generate consistent sales and profit growth.
  • Proactively identify and recommend business-building initiatives.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the brand (forecasting, sales updates) and lead cross functional teams to deliver all aspects of the brand promise.
  • Monitoring and analyzing business performance vis-a-vis business goals.
  • Identify, develop, and launch new, and re-launch existing products supporting the brand portfolio.
  • Responsible for early commercialization process including qualifying the concept, positioning, pricing, presenting to Sales and retailers, forecasting volume, budgeting, etc.
  • Conduct research to determine positioning of new products.
  • Plan and ensure execution of sponsorship program to create maximum brand awareness.
  • Present product and marketing programs to Management.
  • Manage and coordinate internal marketing research including use of retail data services.
  • Carry out other tasks as may be assigned by his/her manager.
