Job Title: Human Resource Support Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have had an experience in the following:

• Process commission and allowance payment
• Resolve queries or complaints relating to payment made
• Ensure exited staff are taken off payroll
• Carry out monthly head count before commission and allowance is paid
• Provide monthly report on performance and payout
• Track Agents performance on a weekly basis
• Update Agents data records
• Other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead
• Recruitment of Agents
• File payment documents

Requirements:

• HND (Distinction and Upper Credits Only) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Insurance, Banking and Finance or any other related field of study
• 1 – 2 years of experience.
• Not more than 26 years old.
• Great communication skill.
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to be able to work in a team.
