The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was established by the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to among other things organize elections into various political offices in the country.

In pursuance of provisions of Section 158 (1) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended), applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Director of Training
Location: Nigeria

Qualifications
Interested persons must meet the following criteria:

  • The person must be a PhD holder with ten (10) years cognate experience, with some publications to his/her credit and with a bias in electoral training.
  • Demonstrate capacity and working knowledge of ICT.
  • Ability to initiate and implement training programmes of staff for all electoral activities including political parties and their agents, election observers, security personnel and media practitioners.

Remuneration

  • The remuneration shall be commensurate with that of a Director in the Commission, respectively.
