Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Hausa Speaking)
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
• Providing proactive customer outreach.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND /  Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
• Candidate must be able to speak Hausa and English Language fluently.

Salary:
N32,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
