Job Title: Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project.
• Work closely with Management and Consultants to ensure that the scope and direction of a project is on schedule.
• Coordinate, Oversee and deliver every project on time within budget and scope.
• Ensure quality and timely implementation of the project against set objectives, targets and work plan, etc.

Education/Experience

• Minimum of B.Sc in Quantity Surveying, Engineering and Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 year experience in a Construction Project.
• Certification in Project Management(PMP) is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS office, including MSProject.
• Must be based around Ikeja axis.
• Age should be between 28-35.
