Job Title: Technical / Operation Manager (Home Appliances)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

General Job Description:

• To manage a field team nationwide including vendors to ensure the case is closed
• To communicate to clients promptly on all solutions or challenges
• To communicate and assess technical findings to all stakeholders internally
• To guide technically the field team on challenges on the ground.

Qualifications / Core Competencies:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant courses
• Minimum of 3 Years Experience on the Job
• Good Communication Skills
• Must have Experience in Home Appliances
• Good Technical Skills in Home Appliance (ALL KING)
• Good Analytical Skills of Cases & Data
• Good Customer Centricity
• Lead Field Teams.
