Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans; and forecast to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Job Overview

  • Responsible for managing the following aspects of an HR Consulting Firm: people management, project management and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring excellent delivery of consulting projects, and maintaining customer engagement.
  • Ensure hitch-free internal and external operations, adherence to operational policies and implementation of process improvements.
  • Responsible for the financial/expense management of the practice.
  • Ensure business objectives are regularly communicated and achieved.
  • Recruit, lead, support and engage staff; monitor individual performance and identify development opportunities.

Person Specification

  • Educational Qualifications: First degree in any subject.
  • Professional Qualifications: CIPM, CIPD or HRCI qualification is preferred.
