Job Title: Administrative Officer (Female)
- We are urgently in need of administrative officers, preferably Female. Incumbent shall ensure proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties. Find below job responsibilities and required skills for the position
- Respond to telephone, email, walk-in and website contact form inquiries from existing community members, prospective residents, management, vendors and other constituents
- Maintain resident and other office files while practicing company-wide file retention policies
- Collaborate with on-site maintenance team and external contractors to ensure that the property and individual units are repaired and maintained to meet company standards and local laws
- Ability to manage company assets.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Technical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information and Strong Record Keeping Skills
- Applicant must be Lagos residents preferably Ketu, Oworonshoki, Ogudu, Yaba, Maryland, Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, Ojota.
- Ability to multi-task and priorities projects
- Ability to complete complex administrative task with minimal supervision
