Job Title: Hubs Service Agent
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of and support operations of all verticals in the hub as required.
• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Handle complaints, proffer appropriate solutions, document interactions, escalate and expedite the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Efficiently manage large pool of incoming and outbound calls, emails.

Work Experience Requirements

•  Proven work experience as a Sales/Customer Service Officer or similar role in the Telecommunications/Retail/Finance sector.
•  Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
•  Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
•  Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
