Job Title: Brands Manager, Advertising
Location:
 Nigeria

Overall Purpose of Job

  • Primary Client interface, providing Advertising advisory and executing relevant strategies to enhance clients’ businesses.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Oversee media buying
  • Measure ad effectiveness and optimize if needed
  • Prepare cost estimates for campaigns
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
  • Form and direct Clients’ strategy for advertising and implementing campaigns
  • Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
  • Plan advertising, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards
  • Develop campaign budget and approve advertising concept
  • Target audience research, focus groups management, outlines goals, conceptualisation, and supervise copywriting
  • Develop experiential marketing, direct marketing, marketing communications and event activations across various industries
  • Evaluate the campaign’s overall performance
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the MP or Partner, from time to time.

Person Specifications

  • A good 1st degree, Master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • 4-7 years’ work experience out of which at least 5 must be in Advertising

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner
Location:
 Nigeria

Overall Purpose of Job

  • Primarily act as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner (MP) providing business performance planning, monitoring and evaluation of Zenera’s subsidiaries.
  • The nature of this job will require local and international travel.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Conserve MP’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Assist the MP in overseeing the activities of BuzzDigital, Zenera Consulting and Redbee Limited with periodic updates and reviews
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Manages media enquiries, executive reports and presentations
  • Financial analysis and basic financial modeling for clients
  • Develops exceptional proposals and correspondences
  • Produce periodic analysis/commentaries on relevant industry and social trends
  • Represents the MP at various internal and external meetings
  • Provides support to Zenera’s clients with the implementation and monitoring of brand management and reputation management programmes

Job Title: Graphics/Creative Manager
Location: Nigeria
Level: GA 05

Overall Purpose of Job

  • Thinking Creatively – Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge to interpret clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Working on a variety of products, including Corporate Identity Manuals, Adverts, product packaging, websites, etc.
  • Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget. Managing client proposals from concepts through to design, print and production
  • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.

Person Specifications

  • 4-6 years work experience

Required Competences:

  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Photography
  • Illustrations
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects and up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)

Job Title: Executive Writer/Copywriter
Location:
Nigeria

Overall Purpose of Job

  • Executive business writing, strategic communications support for the group and clients through report writing, copywriting, presentations, scripts, publications, speeches and editing.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Research and write reports, newsletters, business-to-consumer communications and business-to-business communications
  • Manage development of research papers on communications and marketing in various sectors of the Nigerian economy
  • Provide timely information and intelligence relevant to clients and their industries
  • Monitor, capture, filter and organise information and data to ensure strategic and valuable information is available for campaigns
  • Develop monthly insightful articles and manage Zenera websites
  • Work with graphic artists to create infographics and other relevant content for social media channels of Zenera Group and clients
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the MP or Partner, from time to time.

Job Title: Client Service Director
Location: Nigeria
Level: CS 0.2

Overall Purpose of Job

  • Primary Client interface, providing Client Relationship Management advisory and executing relevant strategies to enhance clients businesses.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Generally responsible for Zeneras client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients, service providers and contractors to maximise value creation
  • Champion the development of image building/management strategies and programmes, providing needed support to clients
  • Develop client communications plans, manage events and programmes with budgets based on client needs justifiable vis-à-vis revenues and profits
  • Develop relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
  • Develop strategies to deepen pocket share of existing clients through relationship building, new initiatives and other relevant activities
  • Manage key relationships with stakeholder groups including clients, employees, external parties
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement effective communications strategies, goals and objectives that create adequate awareness about product/service propositions and brands
  • Creating and maintaining a group-wide communication strategy for external communications
  • Supporting Zenera’s clients with the implementation and monitoring of corporate and product communications and brand management activities/programmes
  • Managing the implementation of e-communication strategies, new media approach and applications for external and internal clients
  • Writing and editing news reports, press releases and other forms of internal and external communications
