Job Title: Lead Driver
Location: Ughelli, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

• Are you an experienced and reliable driver with excellent leadership skills? We’re looking for a dedicated Lead Driver to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and company policies.
• Drive company vehicles to transport goods and personnel safely to various destinations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Plan and optimize routes for efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Train new drivers on company procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; additional training or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
