Our goal is to help make Nigeria the tech center of Africa. We build our own software, provide offshore development services to our customers, as well as help them hire Nigerian software developers directly into their engineering organizations in the US and Europe.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: WordPress Developer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are hiring experienced WordPress developer with several years experience of working with and managing WordPress sites.

Responsibilities
The developer’s responsibility is to understand the primary customer needs and translate it into a complete product. This task involves the following:

• Troubleshoot apps for bugs
• Implement front-end and back-end requirements
• Understanding your client’s business goals
• Perform high quality work that not only meets, but exceeds the client’s expectations.
• Participate in the entire app life-cycle

Required Technical Skills

• Are able to pass our engineering skills assessment
• Have a four-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university
• Strong background in PHP 5.2 and/or 7.1 (7.1 preferred)
• WordPress 4.7+
• WordPress plugin development experience and / or WordPress theme development experience

Bonus Technical Skills:

• Beaver Builder
• Beaver Themer
• Divi
• Experience with Linux or another UNIX like environment (SysAdmin or DevOps experience)
