Job Title: Business Development & Sales Manager
Location: Abuja
Description :
- He/she will be saddled with the responsibility of developing and implementing growth opportunities for the business and improving the Company’s revenue through the implementation of aggressive sales strategies.
- The ideal candidate must be resident in Abuja, preferably around the Idu axis of FCT, or be willing to relocate immediately at his or her own cost.
Requirements:
Interested candidates should possess the following:
- Educational background in Engineering Technology (Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND).
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in a fast-paced sales or commercial environment with relevant technical expertise.
- Relevant exposure within the Engineering Technology Industry is required, preferably with CNC services, 3D printing services, embedded engineering, and PCB Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue generation through aggressive sales.
- Adept at strategically monitoring the market, competitors, and operational factors to ensure the availability of current market intelligence to support business decisions.
- Capacity to develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting clients’ needs and requirements.
- Experience in preparing quotations for clients and managing multiple client accounts.
- Demonstrated competence in the establishment of plans to adequately manage existing clients whilst increasing customer portfolio and unveiling new opportunities.
- Prowess at delivering technical and after-sales support services.
- Proficient with the facilitation of training sessions on product knowledge.
