Job Title: Service In-Charge
Location: Ojota, Lagos

Job Summary:

• We need an individual who is going to ensure that products produced during shifts meet required standards and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Overall service drive
• Manage Customers Local & Upcountry
• Manage Team Local & Upcountry
• Drive the team to achieve targets
• Support technically in case of problem-solving
• TAT (Turn Around Time) should be 90% <48 hours
• Manpower Planning
• Control on expenses
• Revenue drive.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum educational standard: B. Sc / HND / OND in Electrical Electronics or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 9 to10 Years’ related experience in Consumer Electrical & electronics
• Technical Know-How of Product
• Should be ready to make quick calls and quick visits as an emergency arises and needs be
• Previous experience in the following organizations: SIMS, FMCL, HPZ and Fouani will be an added advantage.
