Location: Lagos
Job Description

• We’re looking for a friendly, passionate, outspoken, diligent, personal assistant with experience in service. Currently, we are hiring only part-time staff, but the best candidates will advance to full-time status after 90 days of satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a first point of contact
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organising events and conferences
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred (current student okay)Excellent communication and organizational skills.
