Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• With a friendly and helpful attitude, greet clients and guests.
• Assist clients in locating information in the office.
• The potential candidate’s responsibilities include responding to client questions regarding the company’s spa products.
• Get the conference and training rooms ready.
• Professionally answering the phone and routing calls as needed.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities for coworkers.
• Help with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Maintain a high level of client service.
• Book appointments for clients.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Purchasing and inventorying office supplies.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience as Front Desk / Admin Officer
• Experience working in a spa is a plus.
• Must be female, intelligent and look very neat.

Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 monthly
