Purpose:
- We are looking for a passionate Project Co-Coordinator who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.
- Project Management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned projects.
- Project managers will liaise between customers and sales teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Job-Specific Competencies:
Functional:
- Proven Project Management or other relevant experience.
- Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including the executive and C-levels.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural/Electrical Engineering
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- HSE Certification would be plus
- Experience in Telecom Infrastructure Domain will be a plus
Remuneration:
N80,000 – 150,000 monthly.
