Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Health and Safety – lead from the front to engender a HSE culture
• People Management. Train and motivate your staff
• Recruitment
• Capex
• Manufacturing performance
• Set and manage KPI’s
• Work to Lean principles
• Continue to grow manufacturing capacity
• P&L responsibility for the Operations

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any field with 1 year or more working experience.
• 1 year or more working experience in manufacturing sector
• You will need to be an experienced Op’s Manager possessing;
• Plastics knowledge (Polymer, processing, compounding, extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding, etc.)
• A demonstrable track record in Operations Management
• Sound understanding of manufacturing methodology eg. Lean and 5S
• Commitment to safety
• Demonstrable history of process improvement and active cost management.
