The Management Solutions for Africa (MS4A) is a business development consulting firm that provides services to start-up NGOs on new business development and resource mobilization, project management and proposal development, linking NGOs to donor grants and facilitating NGO start-up.

We are an NGO currently managing two USAID funded projects in Nigeria and we are recruiting for an upcoming USAID funded opportunity in education for children in conflict-affected zones in Adamawa and Gombe State in North East Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Director, Finance
Locations: Adamawa and Gombe States

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting
• S/he must be a Certified Accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.

Preference/Added Advantage:

• Experience working in North East Nigeria (particularly Adamawa & Gombe)
• Work experience in a USAID funded development project
• Proficiency in Hausa Language
• A Ph.D in Education with focus on non-formal education.

Salary

Job Title: Director – Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL)
Locations: Adamawa and Gombe States

Requirements

• Master’s & Bachelor’s Degree in a course with 5 – 10 years leadership experience working on a USAID funded project in the capacity of MERL

Preference/Added Advantage:

• Experience working in North East Nigeria (particularly Adamawa & Gombe)
• Work experience in a USAID funded development project
• Proficiency in Hausa Language
• A Ph.D in Education with focus on non-formal education.

Job Title: Director, Non-Formal Education
Locations: Adamawa and Gombe States

Requirements

• Must have a M.Ed and B.Ed Degree in Education with 5 years experience in non-formal education for children in conflict-affected zones in North East Nigeria

• Experience working in North East Nigeria (particularly Adamawa & Gombe)
• Work experience in a USAID funded development project
• Proficiency in Hausa Language
• A Ph.D in Education with focus on non-formal education.

Job Title: Deputy Director, Gender and Peace and Conflict
Locations: Adamawa and Gombe States

Requirements

• Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree and 5 – 10 years experience in Gender, Peace and Conflict in affected zones in rural setting.

Preference/Added Advantage:

• Experience working in North East Nigeria (particularly Adamawa & Gombe)
• Work experience in a USAID funded development project
• Proficiency in Hausa Language
• A Ph.D in Education with focus on non-formal education.

Job Title: Project Director/Chief of Party
Locations: Adamawa and Gombe State

Requirements

• Must have a M.Ed and B.Ed Degree in Education or a field relevant to Education for children in conflict affected zones
• 10 years experience in relevant management and leadership positions in a USAID project and must have 5 years’ experience especially working in education in conflict affected zones in North East Nigeria.

Preference/Added Advantage:

• Experience working in North East Nigeria (particularly Adamawa & Gombe)
• Work experience in a USAID funded development project
• Proficiency in Hausa Language
• A Ph.D in Education with focus on non-formal education.
