Job Title: Bakery Production Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Food Technology / Food handling / Pastry Arts or relevant discipline is an advantage
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in the food production or food retail industry, especially in the bakery department in a reputable company is a strict requirement,
• Knowledge of relevant safety legislation arid Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) rules
• A desire for continuous food improvement and professional development.
• Trade Test certificate / OND / City and Guild will be an added advantage
