Job Title: Front Desk/Social Media Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

• Welcome incoming and outgoing guests
• Look good always
• Manage company’s social media presence

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience
• Must be proficient with office technology
• Should reside on the Island
• Must possess good office behaviour

 

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
• Oversee the operations of the company’s account
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience
• Must be ACA certified
• Should have experience with finance or loan companies

 

Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering etc
• Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, power are well-maintained
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standard
• Draft report and make recommendations

Qualifications

• First degree in Engineering, Management or any relevant course
• Minimum of three years work experience as a Facility Manager
• Great communication skill.
