Job Title: HR Consultant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support to clients with the objective of adding value to the business.
  • Explore new business opportunities while developing relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • First Degree in any field
  • Knowledge of compensation & benefit administration is essential
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 2 years business development experience within HR consulting firm.
  • Experience in providing advice & guidance on HR issues to managers
  • Experience in planning & managing full recruitment cycle
  • HR operational & administration experience is essential
