Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate properties.
• Create and manage content for listings, websites, blogs, and social media.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage social media presence and engage with followers.
• Develop virtual tours, video walkthroughs, and promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide reports.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, photographers, and vendors.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field with 4 year experience
• Certifications in digital or real estate marketing are advantageous.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing or related roles.
• Technical proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and trends.
