Job Title: Female Administrative Officer
Responsibilities/Attributes
- To act as the link between the company and its numerous clients
- Manage correspondences and perform other secretarial functions
- Prepare reports on behalf of the CEO
- Handle word processing functions
- Manage the CEO’s schedules/appointments
- Organise meeting logistics
- Must possess strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Vast in the use of Microsoft office suite and knowledge of graphics will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- OND, HND, B.Sc in Secretarial Studies/Information Technology, Business Administration or other related courses.
- Age: Not above 30 years
- Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years verifiable Secretarial experience in reputable firms
