Messhveil Concepts Limited Our client, an indigenous PR & Advertising firm urgently requires the services of competent and qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Administrative Officer

Responsibilities/Attributes

  • To act as the link between the company and its numerous clients
  • Manage correspondences and perform other secretarial functions
  • Prepare reports on behalf of the CEO
  • Handle word processing functions
  • Manage the CEO’s schedules/appointments
  • Organise meeting logistics
  • Must possess strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Vast in the use of Microsoft office suite and knowledge of graphics will be an added advantage.

Qualification

  • OND, HND, B.Sc in Secretarial Studies/Information Technology, Business Administration or other related courses.
  • Age: Not above 30 years
  • Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years verifiable Secretarial experience in reputable firms
