Michael Stevens Consulting is a Management consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Training, Recruitment of Personnel, Outsourcing of Personnel and rendering Financial and Management consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, Public Sector etc.We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Officer / Customer Service Officer
Locations: Abuja, Enugu, Rivers (Port Harcourt) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist the training manager in training logistics
• Training administration.
• Training of Merchandisers
• Attending to customers’ needs and request
• Respond to all customers request

Requirements:

• BSc. Degree or HND (Biological Sciences)
• Fresh graduates (Biological science) with strong communication skills may be considered.
• 1-2 years’ experience
• Teaching / Lecturing experience will be a plus
• Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Attention to details
• Strong Computer skills

Salary: N70,000 / Month
