Job Title: Client Services Officer
Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to effectively manage manpower/personnel provided for them
  • Communicate via telephone and email to address client issues relating with our supplied personnel
  • Obtain and process all client information and transactions
  • Answer client questions or concerns in a timely, informative, and professional manner
  • Calmly handle personnel complaints and work to find solutions
  • Seek assistance and report major problems to upper management
  • Manage the on-boarding of new personnel and process for deployment to client site
  • Compile and update necessary documents, contracts, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary specifications and regulations
  • Frequently check-in with clients to confirm their satisfaction of services provided
  • Inform clients of any new available services or updates to existing ones
  • Work with and report progress to Head of Office
  • Assist with human resources
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Assist with and contribute to marketing and advertising initiatives
  • Exhibit expert knowledge regarding the products and services offered
  • Work according to set standards and operating procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Finance or related field
  • 2+ years experience as a client services associate
  • Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Adept problem solver
  • Deadline driven

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description

  • We seek candidate to develop direct and indirect sales channels by coming up with appropriate plans and measurement tools which will grow the company’s volume, raise its profitability and increase the market share of its brands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver the monthly and annual sales targets for the territory
  • Identify, create and execute opportunities with dealers/retailers to increase sales
  • Supervise, coach and train the team on the job to sell and merchandise our products
  • Identify and implement operational cost savings
  • Propose strategies, budgets and goals for the Annual Business Plan of the territory
  • Monitor the Logistics/Warehouse team to ensure that goods are delivered within 24 hours.
  • Ensure proper management and control of company assets (like sales vehicles assigned to dealers, chillers, POS materials, etc).
  • Track the execution of the Area Sales Managers work plan and of the Sales Regions daily/weekly call plan (actual calls versus calls scheduled; productive calls versus actual calls made; outlets covered versus target)

Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum University Graduate (Second Division)
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years experience in Sales; preferably in the beverage industry or similar Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
