Mines.io is a VC-backed startup founded by Stanford CS faculty and PhD grads that is tackling this problem by developing new, mobile-based financial services. Our microfinance platform enables consumers to get non-collateralized loans in minutes, often for the first time in their lives.

Job Title: KwikCash Customer Service Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Details

• KwikCash offers instant cash loans to mobile subscribers. We are seeking experienced Customer Care Agents who will be responsible for managing all customer care interactions for this product.

Responsibilities

• You will be required to respond all support sms, call, email enquiries in a timely manner and ensure an excellent customer experience by correctly identifying customer issues and promptly providing resolution including timely escalation of issues to the appropriate support levels.
