Job Title: Collection Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the company debtor list.
  • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
  • Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
  • Negotiating suitable payment plans.
  • Maintaining customer payment records.
  • Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
  • Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
  • Responding to customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have effective communication skills
  • Must be able to work with basic office software
  • Must have good negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Must be willing to resume immediately.

Salary:

  • Basic: N40,000 Monthly.
  • Commission: N20,000 – N40,000.
