5 years’ experience in impact measurement for at least 2 different multi-year development projects, including logframes design, tracking and reporting including complex indicators such as jobs, tracking of enquiries
At least 3 years’ experience in an M&E team leader position, preferably on economic development projects.
Demonstrated experience of implementing job and income raising M&E according to recognised global standards / methodologies
Demonstrated lead role on development impact evaluation studies in the area of economic development
Demonstrable role in effective knowledge and learning management and dissemination, preferably to the private sector.

Job Summary
Provide first level support for Core Banking and other back office banking applications as well as customer facing channels.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage issues arising from core banking and related software applications
- Ensure high level of customer service and support to all internal and external stakeholders
- Manage Vendor’s SLA
- Support the management of projects rollout
- Maintain, update and circulate issue logs
- Ensuring system uptime by proactively identifying and resolving issues or escalation using agreed route
- Making sure issues are resolved in timely manner
- Manage issues with a view to prevent/mimimise breeches

Qualifications
- First degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Systems Engineering or Operational sciences with strong Information Systems component
- Technical certifications will enhance performance though not mandatory
