Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
• Process customer complaints patiently.
• Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs.
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors.
• Adhere to food, health and safety standards.
• Plan, train, oversee and manage the members of staff.
• Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers.
• Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience.
• Design attractive menus.
• Develop a relationship with regular customers.
• Follow food and safety regulations.
• Assist with marketing events.
• Create restaurant policies.
• Designing delicious and attractive menus and continuously making improvements.
• Compile and send sales report to management for review.
• Liaising with government agencies.
• Keeping the staff updated on the latest trends in the food and beverage sectors.
• Ensuring the predetermined quality of dishes and services offered to guests is maintained.
• Maintain an inventory for all food and bi monthly liquor.
• Ensure compliance to all company rules in pertinent areas.
• Monitor all local sanitation and healthcare systems to satisfy customers.
• Maintain an inventory for all food and bi monthly liquor.
• Analyse and utilize various management tools to update expenses and fix bi-weekly wages for Food & Beverage Department.
