Job Title: Service Officer
Location: Isheri Opic, Lagos

Job Responsibilities:

• Focuses on Guards Needs.
• Understands and responds to their needs and also meet their expectations within the organisational parameters.
• Solves Problems, Assesses problem situations to identify causes.
• Gathers and processes relevant information and generates possible solutions.
• Makes recommendations and or resolves the problem.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma from an accredited college or university with a major in a relevant field.
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage the activities of a team.
• Ability to present data clearly and highlight its potential for decision making.
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication skills.
