We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Organization of accounting data and interpretation of accounting data for management decision-making.
- Formulation and implementation of policies that will inform the financial operations of the Firm.
- Identify areas of weak control risk within the Firm’s core business process and recommend appropriate measures to strengthen and mitigate the risk to Management.
- Formulation and implementation of cost control/reduction strategies.
- Accounts reconciliation and prompt recovery of all excess charges from banks.
- Coordinate interface between the Firm and all financial/regulatory monitoring and control bodies e.g. tax agencies, auditors, banks etc.
- Processing all accounts payables.
- All other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director. You will be directly under the supervision of the Managing Director.
Requirement
- B.Sc/HND Accountancy or any related discipline.
Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Establish procedures for proper implementation of the policies decided by management and recommend changes in policies to achieve assigned objectives.
- Development of policies and practices capable of increasing employees’ commitment and capabilities and ensure timely resolution of grievances in the Firm.
- Identify specific training needs of the Firm and arrange relevant in-house and external training for employees.
- Ensure that the whole insurance process runs smoothly, from risk placement to claims settlement.
- Ensure timely payments of all government levies/taxes, rents and any other liabilities of the Firm.
- Oversee all office/house-keeping functions.
- Ensure effective credit planning, control and debt recovery.
- All other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director. You will be directly under the supervision of the Managing Director.
Requirement
- B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or any related discipline.
