MTN Nigeria is recruiting Administrator Organizational & Talent Development

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing (electronic and hard) process for the department /assigned manager
  • Write minutes of meetings and produce memos of such for review
  • Cross check documents for assigned manager’s review to ensure quality control and compliance to MTNN policies
  • Handle internal and external correspondence as designated by assigned Manager
  • Collate monthly activity reports from different units within the department for assigned manager’s review
  • Processes all requisitions for the department /assigned Manager
  • Respond to customer queries and requests on non-technical issues and escalate to the assigned Manager when necessary
  • Coordinate logistics, preparing cost estimates and managing budgets for departmental programmes
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the assigned Manager’s office and diary where applicable
  • Make efficient travel arrangements for the assigned Manager/Team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the assigned Manager/Team

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years work experience
  • Experience in an administrative capacity

A good first degree or equivalent from a reputable institution
