Expression of Interest (EOI) for Appointment as State Consultants. As part of its Skill Acquisition Programme, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is soon to commence  the implementation of its GRADUATE COMPUTER LITERACY PROGRAMME(GCLP), a scheme designed strictly for university graduates or its equivalent, aimed at adding value to  the Commission’s Computer Literacy Programme and leading to certification in: Microsoft Certified  Systems Engineer  (MCSE), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate  (CCNA), Computer  Aided Design,  Computer Based Graphics/Multimedia Development, Web, Development, Professional Accounting Programmes and Advanced Office Studies/Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
