National Examination Council NECO Employment Aptitude Test
The National Examination council advertised for employment on 16th September 2009. The Last Date for submission was 30th October 2009. At Close of submission, the total number of applications was 83,990. After the initial screening which was based on the advertisement requirements, 26,797 candidates were prima facie qulified while 57,193 were not.

For the avoidance of doubt candidaies were disqualified based on the following grounds:

– candidates with Third Class degree or Pass.
– Candidates without Education backgrounf where required
– Candidates who graduated more than five (5) years ago and applied for EO II, AO II and PO II
– Candidiates who submitted less than the required copies of curriculum vitae/ credentials.

Qualified Candidates are hereby informed that an Aptitude test will take place as follows

Date: Saturday 13th March 2010

VENUES: a) Ibadan b) Sokoto c) Uyo d) Gombe e) FCT, Abuja f) Enugu

The names of shortlisted candidates have been posted on our website www.mynecoexams.comCandidates are hereby requested to purchase on-line registration cards at the rate of N500.00 from any of our Zonal/ State offices in all states of the federation and FCT, Abuja and log on to our website as follows

Step 1: Click on “NECO Employment Aptitude Test” box to enter your pin.
Step 2: Enter your pin and press Enter
Step 3: Enter your “Surname, Middle name or Last name” to search if you have been shortlisted for the aptitude Test or Not.
Step 4: Once your name is displayed and it has a “qualified ” status attached to it, click on your name to commence your Aptitude Test registration process.
Step 5: Enter your bio-data and upload your passport photograph.
Step 6: Select your examination Centre and click on submit
Step 7: Print two copies of the Examination Card and bring the two copies along with you to the examination hall.
