Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions
• Source candidates buy using database and social media platforms
• Screening candidate resume and job applications
• Conduct interviews by assessing applicants relevant knowledge to the role
• Provide analytical and well-documented interview reports
• Generating sales lead

Requirements

• B.Sc in relevant field
• HR certification would be an added advantage
• 2-3 years work experience
• 1 year of proven experience as a recruiter
• Not less than 26 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must reside around Oshodi, Isolo, Gbagada axis
• Strong decision making
• Sales and marketing experience

 

Job Title: Training Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibilities in filling up training class
• Conducting training needs assessment and development needs
• Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals.
• Conducting research for upcoming trainings
• Facilitating small scale trainings

Requirements

• Atleast one year of proven experience as a trainer
• HR certification would be an added advantage
• Presentation skills
• Problem solving and negotiation
• B.Sc in relevant field
• 2-3 years experience

Skills:

• Must reside in Oshodi, Isolo and Gbagada axis
• Not less than 26 years
• Organizational and planning skills
